Dellecave Institute Privacy Statement
The Dellecave Educational Institute (dellecave.org) does not share email information with advertisers and other partners. We do not release personal information about any students to any third parties. We also do not sell or share email addresses with any third party, advertiser or other partners.
Upon request, we will remove any student from our mailing list, or allow any subscriber to "opt out" of further contact (while still allowing access to the site) or change/correct personal information that the subscriber states is not correct. To obtain an information summary or request a change of information, send e-mail to the Dellecave Institute at:deipd@dellecave.org
On-Line Registrations
The Dellecave Educational Institute knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting dellecave.org you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
When you register for a course on our secure on-line payment page you will be asked to submit your name, address, school district and credit card details for payment. After your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation through the email address you provide. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming your order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. If you feel uncomfortable doing this please call us at (631) 589 - 4500 to register.
There is a $4.50 srevice charge to use our on-line registration.

How do I know if the school is closed or classes are cancelled due to severe weather or snow?

Are there discounts on graduate courses or if I sign up for multiple classes?
We do not have any discounts for graduate level courses, however we do offer discounts for in–service courses.
What discounts do you have?
If you register before the start date and pay in full for any in-service course, you will receive a $10.00 discount off each course.
You will also receive a $25.00 Gift Certificate that can be used towards one in-service class if you recommend a new student to the Dellecave Institute. Just make sure they give us your name when they register.
How can I get a receipt for my taxes?
Your Course Summary is a receipt for all the courses you've taken at the Dellecave Institute and can be used for your Tax Return. We can print your Course Summary on request via e–mail at: coursesum@dellecave.org or by phone (631) 589–4500.
Your Course Summary includes
- Your Student Id Number
- Name and Address
- Course Number, Name, and Location
- Whether or not it was an in–service or graduate course
- Number of credits and hours completed
- Amount you paid for each course and the total amount for all courses.
How can I pay for my course?
- You can leave a deposit or make a payment for a course with a credit card over the phone/fax or by mail. We accept all major credit cards.
- You can pay by check or money order—in person or by mail.
- Our web site now offers on-line payments with all major credit cards through our secure site. There is a $4.50 service charge to register for courses on-line.
How do I register for a course?
You can register for all courses either through our new on-line payments on our web site, by phone at (631) 589–4500 with a credit card or by mail or fax with a check or credit card information. There is a $.50 surcharge to use our on-line registration.
If you register by mail, you can download a registration form on our website or use the form in the back of our catalog.
If something should come up and you have to cancel a class, please let us know, as soon as possible, before the first session and you can use the deposit to register for another class. If this is an on–line class, you will have to pay for the class in full at the time of registration, only the deposit is non–refundable.
In–service courses are $270.00 and require a $50.00 non–refundable deposit to register. The balance of $220.00 is due on the first day of class. If you pay for the class in full when you register, you will receive a $10.00 discount.
Endicott College, Alfred University and Iona Collge graduate level courses are $610.00 and require a $100.00 non–refundable deposit to register. The balance of $510.00 is due on the first day of class.
If you are taking the course for graduate credit, you will be asked to complete a graduate Registration and Transcript Request form and pay the balance for the class. When the class is finished and you have completed all the requirements, the instructor will give you a grade. The grades are sent to the college and once they are entered into the college system, your transcript requests will be mailed. Please expect at least 4 -6 weeks after the class ends for the grades and transcripts to be processed.

Can I register on–line?

How can I get a syllabus for a course?
You can request a syllabus via e–mail at courseout@dellecave.org or by calling our office at (631) 589–4500. We can fax, mail or e–mail a copy to you or your school district.
How can I find out if a course is still open or if it is going to run?
You can find out the availability of any course via e-mail at deipd@dellecave.org or by calling our office at (631) 589–4500. Course cancellations and closures are also posted on the course listing on our website.
How can I tell if a class is in–service or graduate?
All the courses in our catalog and on our website are for in–service credit unless listed as Endicott College, Alfred University or Iona College graduate-level courses. Some of the graduate-level courses may also be taken for in–service credit.
How do I register for a graduate-level class?
You can register for all courses either on-line on our web site, by phone at (631) 589–4500 with a credit card or by mail or fax with a check or credit card information. A registration form is in the back of our catalog or on our website.

We accept all major credit cards and personal checks for registration and payment. To register over the phone or fax you will need to leave a deposit with your credit card. Otherwise you can mail in a registration form and a check for your deposit or payment. You will receive a confirmation for your deposit or payment by mail or e–mail (if we have your e–mail address on file).
During the first session of each class you will be asked to complete the graduate Registration and pay any balance due for the class. There is an additional lab fee of $10 or $20 for all classes held in our computer lab.
When the class ends and you have completed all the requirements, the instructor will give you a grade. The grades are sent to the college and once they are entered into their computer system. You will recieve a ranscript Request form while in the class, mail them directly to the college. Please expect a 2 – 3 week period after the class ends, for grades and transcripts to be processed. Include the course number and title of the courses you have taken on each trascript request form.

Can I take a graduate-level for in–service credit?
Some graduate-level classes can be taken for in–service credit only. These classes are listed in our catalog will state whether or not they are offered for in–service credit.
How do I fill out the Endicott Registration Form?
All students must complete the Endicott College Registration and return it to our office . We cannot give you graduate credit for a course unless you submit a graduate registration form.

Mail the completed form to Dellecave Educational Institute immediately. We will need one form for each graduate class you are taking. Include on each form:
- The semester and year of the course your're taking
- Your name, address and contact information
- Endicott Student Id number or your Social Security number
- Date of Birth
- Course Number and Title
No other information is necessary. All payments are made directly to the Dellecave Institute and do not need to be recorded or paid to Endicott College.
When the course ends complete the Endicott College Transcript Request and mail it to Endicott College with payment for the Transcript Request Fee of $6.00 per request. Make sure you include the course name and number on the line in the center of the form. This is required information. If the form isn't completed correctly, your request will be returned to you.

How do I get a Transcript from Endicott College?

Endicott College now provides on-line transcript request service when paying by credit/debit card. If paying by cash or check you need to print out the request form (request form or Wilson Dellacave Professional request form) from our webpage and mail it in with your payment.
- We will no longer accept any request by fax
- We will no longer process credit cards here at the school they must be processed through Verisign online
- No request will be processed without payment

Endicott Transcript Request On-line
To complete the On-line Request:
- Select Dellecave from the drop down menu for ‘Courses Taken Through’
- Then enter the course numbers and titles for up to 3 of the last classes completed.
- Enter your onctact information.
- Under Additional Information enter you Social Security number, date of birth and maiden name if you are married. If you received a grade report from Endicott College your Endicott Student ID number is listed and you can enter it here.
- Complete the contact information of the recipients of your Transcript Request, your School District for example.
When requesting a Transcript By Mail, include a check or money order that inlcudes $6.00 for each request. Complete the Endicott College Transcript Request and mail it to Endicott College.
Include your:
- Name and address
- Date of Birth
- Your Endicott Student Id number or Social Security Number. Your Id number is printed on the Grade Report sent to you after your grade was posted.
- Number of copies requesting
- Type of Transcript your District requires:
- Official Sealed
- Issued to Student
- Unofficial
- LIST COURSE NUMBER(S) THAT ARE TO APPEAR ON TRANSCRIPT.
You must include at least one course number and title on this line or Endicott will not process your request.

How do I fill out the Alfred Registration Form?
All students must complete the Alfred University Part Time or Summer Registration form and return it to our office. We cannot give you graduate credit for a course unless you submit this form for each class. Include on hte form:
- Your name
- Address
- Social Security Number
- Place of Birth
- Date of Birth
- Course number and title
How do I get a Transcript from Alfred University?
To process an Alfred University transcript request, we will need the request in writing with the student's signature. You can download and print out our PDF Transcript Request form here.
Each request should include:
- Your name
- Your maiden name if you were married since your first course at Alfred University
- Dates of the first and last course taken.
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Address(es) where transcript(s) are to be sent
- Number of copies requested

How do I get a Transcript from Iona College?
Iona College has changed their Transcript Request Process.
To request an official transcript you will have to sign up with the National Student Clearinghouse. You will be able to track the status of your Transcript Request on the site as well.

- Click on the Button for 'Order or Track a Transcript' .
- Select Iona College from the list and then click submit.
- Read the instructions and when you are ready, click the Order button at the bottom of the screen.
- In the first step you will be asked for your personal and contact information. For 'Years of Attendance', please include the years you may have taken Iona classes through Dellecave.
- In the second step you will be asked to enter the recipient information.
Under delivery options,
then Processing options,
select 'After Grades are posted'.
Then include the course number(s) and title(s) in the Special Instructions field. - In the next step you will confirm the order information.
- In the next step you enter credit card information for payment..
- and the last step is Signed Consent. Please make sure fax or mail your signed consent form or your transcript will not be processed.
Please keep in mind the following:
- A transcript will not be issued if you have a hold on your account.
- There is a charge of $3.00 for each copy of your transcript and an additional online processing fee. You can pay by credit card on the National Student Clearinghouse website.
- Transcripts can be sent overnight, additional rates starting at $20.
- Please be sure that you fax or mail your signature form. Iona College will not release the transcript without a signature.
How long does it take for the grades to be posted at the college?
Please expect about four to six weeks after the course ends for the grades to be psoted at the college and transcripts mailed.
How do I request a transcript to be sent to my school district?
After completing an Endicott College course, you will receive a certificate of completion and Transcript Request form. When the grades have been submitted and processed, you will receive a Grade Report that includes the grades for all courses completed during the current semester.
To send official transcripts to your school district, print the Transcript Request form for the college offering the course you completed and mail it directly to the college. Include the course number and title of all the courses completed. Alfred Unversity does not charge a fee for transcripts, Endicott College charges a $6 fee.

How do I get a Transcript from Iona College?
How do your On–line classes work?
On–line, 3 credit courses are offered by Dellecave Educational Institute Instructors. Our instructors are experienced classroom teachers and make sure the content of each course is focused, relevant, and immediately applicable to improving the classroom experience for teachers and students.
If you are registered and paid in full for the on-line course, you will receive an email from the Dellecave Institute the day before the course begins.
The email will include the website link for our Moodle site and a user id and password. The course syllabus, assignmnents and Instructor's contact information are posted on the course page. Your work is uploaded directly to the Moodle site and graded by the instructor.
When the course ends, the instructor will send us a roster of completed students. Our office will mail a Certifcate of Completion to all students that completed the course. If you are taking the class for graduate credit, send a Transcript Request to have youyr transcripts sent to your school district.
NOTE: We cannot give you a certificate before the scheduled end date of the course even if you finish the course work before then.
Can you tell me about the Queens College School Administration and Supervision Program offered at The Dellecave Institute?
We are not offering the Queens College Administration and Supervision Cohort at this time.
